Brixton Town Centre Team

Yesterday our officers were flagged down in Brixton High Street to a victim who stated that someone had entered their work building, gone into an office, and had stolen their phone.

Officers took the report from the victim, who provided them with a photo of the suspect. The officers recognised the suspect and began searching for them. The suspect was found breaching their community protection notice and was arrested for both offences.

The Crown Prosecution Service have authorised a charge for burglary which is a great result for the Town Centre Team officers.
